Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy is a personalised program offered by Gold Coast Dental & Denture Centre that consists of a series of painless and fun facial and oral exercises for kids. These exercises are designed to help activate and guide the coordination of tongue and facial muscles, so they function in harmony.


Children learn to use correct tongue and lip function and at-rest postures, swallowing and chewing patterns.



Success depends on daily exercise until the child has subconsciously learned to correct their improper muscle function. It takes constant commitment from the patient, strong parental support and time.
